Axervate LLC ("Axervate", "we", "us") operates the axervate.com website and the AxConsole platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information from visitors to our website and customers of our platform services.
Website visitors: We collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser, referring URL, page viewed, timestamp). We do not deploy analytics cookies without explicit consent.
Demo request form: Name, company, business email, phone number (optional), fleet size estimate, and message text provided voluntarily via the contact form.
AxConsole platform customers: Account credentials (name, business email), device telemetry data (heartbeat, connectivity status, signal quality), and configuration records transmitted by managed devices.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
All data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in the us-east4 region (Northern Virginia, USA). We apply encryption at rest and in transit, mutual TLS between services, and role-based access controls consistent with PCI DSS requirements.
Website logs are retained for 90 days. Demo request form data is retained until the enquiry is resolved or the prospect requests deletion. Platform telemetry data retention periods are defined in customer agreements (default: 90 days for raw heartbeat data).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at privacy@axervate.com. We will respond within 30 days.
